YOU DON'T HAVE TO JUST LIVE WITH THIS
Imagine waking up and your IBS isn't the first thing you think about...
One to one support that finally looks at the full picture, not another diet, not another leaflet.

Fewer flare ups
Confidence back around food
Less symptom anxiety
A plan that fits your actual life
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Do you feel like IBS is running your life?
You're not alone. Maybe you've been told it's 'Just IBS', handed a leaflet and sent on your way. Maybe you've tried cutting things out on your own and you're still no further forward. The toll it takes on your confidence, your social life and your energy is real, even when nobody else seems to take it seriously.

THE IMPACT
IBS can affect more than just your gut
It can take over your confidence. your social plans and how you feel in your own body. Constantly scanning menus, planning your day around toilet breaks, or turning down invites because you can't predict how you will feel. It's time to stop managing round it and start living your life.
IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY FOREVER
Imagine what your life could be like...
with your symptoms under control
Eating out without the fear and the 'what ifs'
No more planning your day around the nearest toilet
Enjoying food again, not fearing it
Getting your energy back
Free from constant bloating
Feeling in control of your body again
No more 2am symptom googling
Feeling like yourself again
THE SOLUTION
You don't need to keep guessing
Most IBS support stops at food. Mine doesn't. The Full Picture Method looks at what you eat alongside your stress, your habits and your life, because IBS rarely has just one cause. One to one, tailored to you, not a one size fits all elimination diet.
The Full Picture Method
One to one support tailored to you, not a generic elimination diet.
A psychology-informed approach that looks at food, stress and lifestyle together
A plan built around your life, not against it.

What I cover
We look at food, stress, sleep, cycle and habits together, not just what's on your plate.
How it works
Sessions happen online, one to one, at a time that actually fits your week
Flexibility

MY WHY
Why I do this work

Yvonne Wilson RD
"I became a dietitian because I was tired of seeing women told to just live with it. So many women I speak to have been fobbed off for years, told it's just stress, just their age, just something they'll have to manage forever.
If that's you, I get it, and I promise there's more to it than that. I want more for you than just coping, I'd love to help you find out what's actually going on and start feeling like yourself again."

BEFORE WE START
Let's make sure you've got the right diagnosis
If you have been dealing with bloating, pain or unpredictable digestion and you haven't spoken to your GP yet, that's genuinely the most important first step. Getting the right investigation rules out anything that needs proper attention and gives us a clear picture to actually work form.
What to ask the GP for
A full blood count - checks for anaemia and any signs of infection or inflammation
A CRP test- this checks for inflammation and helps rule out other conditions like IBD.
Coeliac screening - a blood test that rules out coeliac disease, which can look almost identical to IBS.
A faecal calprotectin test - checks for inflammation in the gut, to rule out conditions like IBD.

Why do I need to get these tests?
None of these tests diagnose IBS on their own. They rule everything else out first. IBS is then diagnosed based on your actual symptom pattern once everything else has been excluded
What next?
If your GP hasn't arranged these yet it is completely reasonable to ask for them. If you're not sure where to start with that conversation get my free NHS IBS pathway guide that shows you exactly what to ask for and what to say at your appointment.
One Last Thing.....
Only GPs and Registered Dietitians can legally treat medical conditions using diet. A lot of nutrition advice out there comes from people without that regulation behind them. I'm a Registered Dietitian with the HCPC which means everything I recommend is grounded in proper clinical training, not just popular opinion.
FAQ
Still got questions?
Initial Consultation: This is a space for me to properly get to know you. We'll go through your medical history, your current symptoms, your diet and eating habits, your stress levels, sleep and hormone cycle, and what you have already tried. By the end of this session, you'll have a clear, personalised plan to work from and specific things to start tracking ahead of your follow up.
Follow-Up Sessions: These sessions are used to review your progress, work through your tracking together and build the next step of changes. We will also reflect on any challenges that have come up between sessions and adjust your plan accordingly.
Understanding and managing IBS properly takes time, it's rarely something that is solved in one appointment. Sessions are typically delivered fortnightly and most clients need a minimum of 6 sessions to see real, lasting change. For a more complete journey, investigating, understanding, implementing changes, reintroducing foods and sustaining what works, a 12 sessions package is often recommended.
Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice or more, free of charge.
Cancellations made less that 48 hours' notice will be treated as the session having taken place and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Yes! As all sessions take place online, I am able to see you if you are not based in the UK. Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, I am not able to work with clients based in the USA or Canada.
I work with a HAES (Health At Every Size) framework and support clients to move away from weight loss as a primary goal in treatment. With IBS, weight loss would never be our primary goal. First and foremost, the focus is on managing your symptoms, changes in weight may be secondary to this, but the primary focus is on positive behaviour change.
Not in the traditional sense. IBS is rarely just about food, so rather than a rigid meal plan, we will work through practical, personalised changes based on what your tracking shows me. This might include specific swaps or structure where it is genuinely useful, but the focus is always on the full picture (your food, stress, sleep and hormone cycle), not a generic list of what to eat and avoid.
All sessions are delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet. I'd encourage you to find a calm, private space for your session so we can talk openly.
Initial 60 minute consultation - £150
Follow up consultations (40 minutes) - £90
6 Session Package - £600
12 Session Package - £1040 (10% off buying sessions individually)
This covers the session itself, pre-session preparation and post-session work, including reviewing your tracking, writing up a summary and action plan and adjusting your ongoing plan between sessions.
Yes. Before we begin working together, you'll need a confirmed IBS diagnosis from your GP with other conditions properly ruled out (such as coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease)
If you haven't had this done yet, that's absolutely fine! Grab my free NHS pathway guide to find out exactly what test and questions to raise with your GP first, then get in touch once you've got your diagnosis confirmed.
Apologies, I'm not currently registered with any health insurance providers, so sessions are self-funded at this time.
Not currently because I want every session to be genuinely valuable. I've built a full 90 minute initial consultation rather than a short taster call so we can properly get started from session 1. If you are unsure whether this is right for you, remember that after your first session, if you feel it's not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 7 days.
